Yeah there not great pedals aha! But ill stick with them until they get a bit grittier then swap them out for something nicer

Bit pissed they had the gunmetal in triple butted and it wasn't clear on the site.
I wanted either red or gunmetal, couldn't decide for a while, went for red and made the order in february 2017 and now they changed it on the site to make it clear that I bought the old 2016 and double butted version... and for the same price as the new version ...

contact them and your predicaments, theyll probably be quite forthcoming

I don't want to be an asshole about it, but this bike was meant to be the best I could get for the money I had. Lots of research to build my dream (but low budget) bike, receiving the old version failed this ideal a bit, I would've been happy to buy the old version if it was at a small discount.

I'm not completely sure it has... Think the geometry chart is just more accurate/representative of what was/is being sold.

Would I use a 107mm BB to get the best chainline, using miche primato cranks on a 2016 pre cursa?
Some people used 110mm but that was a long time ago.

the new primatos are JIS instead of ISO like the old. they indeed need a 107mm jis bb

Finally have my dolan pre cursa and I'm thinking of changing the tyres to Continental Gatorskin... seems to be a very popular option. I'm not sure whether to go for 25c or 28c, currently running 23c.

Just wondering if you guys have any issues with clearance on the 28c? I have the Alpina forks with Navigator street wheels

Caveat: This is not bad-mouthing Dolans, they are brilliant for the price and the frames were used for bike polo hence the blame is on me!

Anyway, killed another Pre-Cursa (yay! New frame day!) - third to be exact but unlike the other 2 which cracked where the downtube meets the headtube, this one snapped at the chainstay just before the dropout.

Anyone has a 52cm going spare? Can collect today if in London.

Newly built parts-bin special fxe commuter. Finally replacing a langster that was stolen a couple of years back when I was unconscious in the back of an ambulance!

28c Gators works on Alpina track forks.

Hey guys....jumped on the Dolan train this year...just a couple of weeks old. Took some thoughts and recomandations from this sub and came back with the result. Aaaaaaaand I'm happeh!

Nothing wrong with that. I'd get a more modern saddle and crankset. Black wheels would look good too.

Have stripped slr/7800 cranks to possibly fit :)

Black wheels were very cheap and nasty or silly money for customs :(

Sizing question.

At 183cm tall, I'm bridging the gap for 56cm / 58cm.

I found the Fuji track classic to be a tad on the small side at 56.

58 pre cursa the best option?
