1.37.55 posted today for a hilly half marathon. A P.B. and all falling together nicely for my first, perhaps last marathon in May.
However a dawning​ realisation of the task ahead hit me today, I'm going to struggle to maintain 7.30 mile pace for the duration of a Marathon....
