I made it, was feeling good till about 18 miles, I hadn't put enough water in the camelback and ran out quite early, I was planning on picking up the pace but my heart rate was already increasing quite a bit so decided to keep the pace steady to the end, feel ok again today so a bit of a recovery run and just trying to decide what to do tomorrow as I might be able to do a park run, although I should be doing 45 minutes threshold, so I capsule do the park run course before it starts and do a second effort as part of the actual run and turn the session into 2x20 just over threshold...
