Have a bit of a nightmare this weekend with an all day sports first aid course on Saturday and mums birthday in Kent on Sunday so doing my long run home from work, Harefield to Maidenhead and apparently I can't use the m40 so the shortest route is about 19 miles so hopefully I'll make it!
