My hairdresser told me that, as small businesses already have a lot of extra costs (rates etc...) and you get no sick pay, maternity pay etc. I wonder if this may encourage small businesses/work from home businesses etc.
But I don't know if they did a proper impact analysis.
If the current lot even knows what that is... O_o
