The project consists in the construction of a road and rail bridge with four lanes, a single set of railway tracks, a bike lane and two pedestrian/service walkways. Have you looked at crossing the Danube? Currently looking at the Vidin crossing but the Wikipedia article on that bridge seems unsure about whether cyclists are allowed.
