I have similar issues
Rotor cranks, praxis rings
Shifting is fine in the work stand but v slow when actually riding the bike.

10000km would be dead rings to be. I just replaced some around that milage.
Post a photo of the rings.
Perhaps your hi/low adjustment is out on the derailleur. That could cause it to not upshift properly.

I have that combo with cheaper chain and it's generally fine.
Had an issue few weeks back where the bike was CAKED in mud and shite and did a double shift after corner before a climb. It didn't shift quick enough and I thought I'd thrown the chain or something but it hadn't just sounded dodgy.
Have you followed the proper steps for adjusting the Di2 FD? They're not like cable FDs

Rotor chainset + 50/34 Praxis rings + 6870 DI2 + Ultegra chain
Front upshifts very temperamental, chain doesn't catch the big ring and slips around. Have to shift with minimal load. I've tried to setup from scratch a couple of time now.
Chainrings had 2000km on a 10speed setup before going to 11speed. Total 10000km. Could be that?
Any obvious setup steps to resolve?
