Right, so we finally exchanged today after many months of waiting for the vendors solicitor.
Feels great and I'm going to drink myself into a stupor tonight to celebrate!
We'll be completing on the 20th March (a Monday?!?).
Question is, how do you get the keys on the day of completion? Do you need to visit the estate agent? Hope not cos he's a slimy prick.
Going to have to pack the whole house up in the next 11 days. Eeeekkkkkk
