Translations:

"It's too small."

I've seen bigger houses for the same money.

"There's not enough bedrooms"

I've seen houses with more bedrooms for the same money.

"There's only one bathroom"

I've seen houses with an en-suite for the same money.

Sounds to me like you're asking too much...

Possibly.

But they've certainly not seen similar for cheaper nearby, where we are literally the cheapest house for sale.

Time will tell. We're fully prepared to drop the price, but we're in no particular rush.
