Yes it is. Don't know how you can tell. Had a bus ride on number "30" yesterday.

So tech fri3nds. I'm looking to get a nice little CSC in the next month of two.
It's going to be for mainly documenting my cycling, adventures and such.
I've been looking at the rioch GR, as I've heard good things about them and the fact they're small enough for carrying on a bike etc. I assume the larger the MP the better quality, but then the price goes up a large amount etx
I've also read good things about the Fujifilm X-e2.
I want to spend around 3 to 400. Would consider second hand too, any recommendations or advice all welcome!! Thanks in advance

For cycling, I'd go with the Ricoh. It's flatter and lighter than the Fuji so will fit in a jersey pocket more comfortably.
The closest thing Fuji make to it is the X70 but $$$.

Okay that's good advice,
What are people thoughts know the song A5000 as that can be had in eBay for near 200 and then would leave some budget for an extra lens/SD cards etc

You'd struggle to get it into a jersey pocket IMHO. Also, interchangeable lenses on a bike ride is massively impractical. Better to get a camera with one lens - be it fixed or zoom - and just be done with it. Again, IMHO.

If it's to pull out of a pocket whilst riding I'd just use a phone tbh.

I just use an Alpkit Stemcell XL, fits my Fuji Xpro with a 52mm lens in no problem, easy to get the camera out and pop it back in, and its not in the way or annoyingly in my pocket.

I use my phone most of the time and the quality is great (Samsung s6) but I want a more substantial camera in general too. So would like something that's good for on and off the bike etc.
I'm leaning towards a Sony a5000 as I've read a few reviews and they seem to be alright, plus at ~£200 on the bay I can't grumble

I like that idea, I would use my bar bag too. I'm not really fussed about being in my jersey as I can't imagine the heat/sweat would do it any good..
So bar bag/stem bag/or speed strap http://www.mettlecycling.com/blogcontent/2016/17/4/the-mettle-speed-strap-is-finally-here
So interchangeable lenses arnt that big of an issue, as previously mentioned it's going to be my off bike camera too

You make that bike look tiny.

I was a bit paranoid of dropping my Ricoh GR when riding. It's very nice once you're stopped though.
The best cams on the bike I've found;
i. Fujifilm Silvi (24mm lens, snap focus mode, 35mm film)
ii. Olympus MjuII (waterproof, 35mm film)
iii. Vivitar UWS (22mm lens, 35mm, toy camera so a bit fragile)
vi. A phone

I use my Olympus XA (35mm rangefinder) and MJU II (35mm P+S) if I can use them I use my old Panasonic GF3 and Pancake 14mm prime lens, a bit chunky but does fit in the back pocket.

I have a Panasonic GM5 that I hardly use if you want .. comes with kit and a sigma 60mm f/2.8 'art' lens, perfect for Prolly bike shots. Its tiny and will go in jersey pocket with kit lens. Has an electronic viewfinder.

Do you know how to overcome the fear of getting close to people when taking pictures outside?
Thanks!
