Looks peachy - was that seared and then into a low oven? What temp?
-
• #25754
80 degrees for 4hrs seared first just over a 1kg of meaty goodness.

For any 'it's always sunny in philadelphia' fans, this guy recreates some of the "dishes" from the show, then tries to make a palatable version.

Ramson season is nearing...well, for us still in Blighty anyway.
I have 3 Kilner jars with air locks in plastic lids ready and waiting to ferment them this year.
There is a patch near the R. Aire that they blanket the ground.

That sounds fantastic, I'm getting into fermenting this year. What's your method and what's the result?

Knocked together a butternut squash & chorizo risotto in the slow cooker for the first time this eve. surprised how well it came out, rice had slight bit of bite left in it but was one big cheesy gloopy pile of deliciousness .
need to get my hands on some breadcrumbs and then the leftovers will be turned into arancini for dinner tomorrow.

Thought I'd start baking during a lull in baby feeding/changing maelstrom. Just started and realised it's 9:30 not that time means anything any more. Loaves in the oven. Now whipping cream for an impromptu rhubarb and orange tiramisu.

Dumplings in North/Northeast London?
is this place as good as it seems from the reviews?

2nd for kanada ya, also tonkotsu, there's a couple of them, but the one in east london/haggerston sides has the noodle making space behind glass in the back.
There's also ippudo which is across the road from kanada ya, and if you want an americanized rock and roll version bone daddies...
I prefer tonkotsu and kanada ya.
