  • So I'm doing a 10 km relay with a partner in May. 5x1km with a 3:45 - 4 min rest. Question is; what do I do during the rest. catch breath? catch breath for 2 mins then jog about until it's time to go again? keep moving for the full duration? Smoke fags and drink halfs of mild?

  • Going on my experience of doing the Madison Cross at Herne Hill every New Year's Day, you'll mainly have time to catch your breath and take the piss out of your fellow competitors.
