Thanks and thanks @amey and @Brookly_Bay - a bit like the RAF I have ordered some less sexy but more practical Voyagers, although I think mine will turn out to be much better value than those Airbuses. The Bon Jon's were £85 for a pair - on the rare occasion I order expensive tyres I seem to end up regretting it, there's a lesson there.

They'll be better than the Compass - that test is measuring them as a touring tyre.
