30k yesterday followed by xc this morning and another 15k this afternoon... Ankle seems to be holding up well.
Xc was particularly fun. A new venue for the league and imo one of the most enjoyable xc courses I've run. A mix of long and short climbs/descents with almost no flat, lots of mud and a few little obstacles and water jumps to keep runners on their toes and the spectators entertained. 10/10.
