  • Couldn't find anything English?
    :)

  • Eh? Was worried it was Welsh for a moment, but no....Herefordshire.

  • drove

    Van?!

  • Isn't it from Rhymney Brewery?

Edit: Sorry, no, it's Wye Valley Brewery, Herefordshire. :)

  • Cheers for that, I may have just been inspired to order every Siren beer that you have (I've liked the ones I've tried so I thought I'd try a few more and got a little carried away).

  • Nope! Hire car, Hyundai Getz, handled like a rollerskate but we survived!

  • That sort of experience will help you enjoy the van even more once you get it.

In other news, new place for cloudwater taproom, not that you'll be missing the hype ;)

  • So jealous. We were thinking of going to that but are going to the festival of spontaneous fermentation in May instead.

Bierhalle deconinck is our preferred stop for beer shopping in Belgium.

  • Had this at Granger & Co this week, will be a nice prize to look forward to at the end of the Cobblemonster ride

  • Great beers, but rather poor atmosphere & food at the festival. Had a good one though, included some shopping at Coninck, indeed one of the better shops, nice selection and fair prices

And this one? Like it says on the tin :)

  • Weird Beard / Brussels Beer Project's "Don't Worry, Bee Heavy" is fantastic. Absolutely the malty hug in a glass that was needed on a cold and drizzly afternoon.

  • Lervig / Hoppin' Frog Sippin' into Darkness chocolate martini imperial stout is the mutts nuts

  • Had a cloudwater IPA, magic rock clairvoyance IPA and a verdant DIPA while building up a new bike this evening. Installed the cranks on the left hand side and didn't realise until I'd installed the chain. A cautionary tale

You should have known that would happen...

  • Need to get one of those!

It's £42 a month but there's some sort of discount/free beer if you email them copying in an existing member to say you want to join. New joiners will get last months box though so might want to wait.

  • I was sold on it just on the artwork, had one reserved before I knew price... oops.

£42 a month for the Imperials is reasonable but won't get past the bank at present!
