^ this. Many online shops struggle to differentiate between inov8's different fit systems and wiggle and others have often mis-listed and sent me the wrong shoe. Last time I phoned sport shoes to clarify that they had the actual shoe that I wanted and the very helpful lady put a note on the order that it should pass by her desk so she could double check it personally before sending it out. I've been very happy with them.
