TBH, it's varies on the bicycle itself.
Running 10psi less make a massive difference than dropping £200 on seatpost.
Damn. I already run low pressure. Wondered if worth changing my Thompson the help with pressure sores. But guess not.
If you're already at low psi there's not a lot else you can change.
