I have gravel kings on my cotic, feels fast as my road bike, just floats over bumps and lumps. Maybe it's the horizons?

Yup, think that's the case.

Have nothing but positive feedback from my 48mm Compass Switchback Hill, and it's a mere 415g each, a full 100g less than the Horizons.

have you tried the horizons? I think they are great as well as the gravel kings

I run my winter bikes with horizons and gravel kings (42mm) both tubeless and are very similar, no punctures as well unlike the Compass which I averaged 2 punctures a week on!
Gravel kings are 410g?
