Storm Doris.
I had a pair of 27" wheels with cheap new tyres and I had a Raleigh Record Sprint given to me in bits. I bought some Tektro short reach calipers as the tasteful gold anodised Weinmanns didn't fit. Et voila Doris is more or less set to take me to work in two hours.

It's a fun bike, function over form. I can't get very low as a result of an injury and it's what I'm riding loaded all day. I found the bars on a dumped MTB, they're ugly as sin but do the job. Maybe 4 inches of rise.
Aaaah Simon's first 'real' track bike, haha! We need to get back to those Sunday builds at one point, it was super fun going in with no plan at all and stepping out of the garage with whatever came up. I'd gladly sacrifice that Schwinn cruiser and the Bianchi
