Thanks that's what I'd figured out - retail PC GTA V doesn't come with a Steam key. So I'll do that. Does that mean I'll be able to use it with a Steam link or not? I wouldn't have paid twice as much to buy it from Steam anyway though.
Also - I'm going to need a bigger hard drive. If I put this on a traditional HDD will it be slow? The SSD my Windows sits on isn't big enough...
It doesn't look like it's the Steam version.
Shouldn't matter, you can still launch it from within Steam
