Finally got the front wheel back and made the thing rideable. Shitty pictures before I get the bar Brooks bar tape on. The back wheel had a patched tube which got hot and farted out its air supply (Australia problems), hence the oddly small look to the back end.
Rode it home from the workshop and it felt really very good. Heavy but extremely comfortable/stable, and will probably improve once I get it running tubeless. The TRP Spyres with compressionless cabling are great too. Stack will remain as is for now as it feels pretty much where I need it. Looking forward to giving it a proper shakedown now.
I'm pushing 30 now mate, gotta take care of the ol' back! Might drop the bars for faster gravel rides but for now it works. Anyway, stop mocking me or I'll develop a complex!
