Good to know they all learnt from the last sample sale! Any white label platform would be better than what they have now.

Ha, yup. At least they've added some caveats to the bottom of their email - no exchanges, no refunds under £40. Although I wonder if it should be a bit more prominent...

Pretty sure that's not allowed - the Consumer Contracts prohibits it.

Yep. And the Unfair Terms in Consumer Contracts legislation renders obsolete any terms which seek to amend the Consumer Contracts legislation.

They can refuse exchanges but they can't refuse refunds.
