Right, prospective parts list:

*this depends on clearance. 27mm wheels and 28c tyres will be best if they fit.

I have managed to find a way to get eTap on the cheap, but it does mean a bit of wait. Should be ready for May and the sunshine, I hope. Going to wait until it's all build and working before deciding on paint. If it doesn't fit, or if I need to strip it for paint, eTap makes everything easy.

eTap shifting kit should be here by the end of the week, same with the carbon wheels.

Brakes gunna be Ultegra 6800 from on here. Just need to decide on a crankset and then buy all the boring bits like inner tubes and bar tape.

I eat my word, while BB86 is designed for mostly 24mm spindle, it look like you should be able to run a 30mm spindle with this kit;
