I know my DPD man; it's ridiculous to compare them with Yodel. Sorry for your bad experience with them.

To be fair it wasn't that bad. I like that fact that the are always on at your mobile for tracking with them and on the day let you update stuff if your not in. It wasn't anything that could be damaged just made me think twice about doing that again.
You should get tweeting to them about this stuff ^ it's gold.

Maybe having it banging around in the back of a white van for 2 days has ruined it. Again with DPD i asked them to not deliver that day and do it the next day and sure enough my box was battered to shit when it arrived the next day.
It's Friday and Sunny, your man probably feels like having a half day..
