I'd be shocked if Planet X had better customer service than Yodel

Yodel threw our food box away again but at least this time they said sorry on their 'sorry we fucked you' card
Thanks Yodel, you cunts

Probikekit took 6 weeks to warranty my cracked kinesis 4s disc frame, they spent a week pretending it wasn't in their warehouse after kinesis confirmed to me they sent the replacement to them on 23rd August. PBK promised to send it via next-day delivery.
They sent it via yodel on Thursday, no sign of it yesterday despite tracking saying it was out for delivery. Apparently back on the van to be delivered today and still no fucking sign of it.
PBK and Yodel, two useless fucking shit companies that I will never use and never recommend.

I wonder if there is or someone could make a list of companies that use these awful delivery services so we can avoid them

This is how Hermes operate in my area. The "flower" is the hedge at the front of our house. Anyone walking past is able nab the hundreds of quids worth of astronomical equipment, bike parts, sweatpants and organic mufflers that get dumped there. While we are in. And some of it is not even for us.

Them liars.
Of course.
No way he could deliver all those parcels so quickly: he just marked them as "addressee not present".
Back to the depot on time and targets met!

I had a delivery with Hermes a while back, email said that Parcel had been "left in outbuilding", seeing as we live mid terrace this was a bit alarming, got home and it turns out they meant "dumped in plain sight on the doormat"

When I lived in London delivery drivers always left parcels with my neighbour a couple of doors down. Despite the fact his door/windows had been kicked in by the Po so many times they just left the temporary metal plates over them.
The joys of phoning up and asking why on earth their driver thought that was a safe address to leave anything at... I once had to stand outside kicking the door for 20 mins to retrieve a set of Royce wheels I'd been coveting-when the cunt eventually poked it through the cracked door he had already opened the box.
Beset by a tyranny of scum just for the sake of getting a fucking parcel.

I just found out that a 3x4 ft canvas I ordered is going to be "delivered" by Yodel. Is it even worth trying to be in for the delivery? Do they return undelivered goods to a reasonably local depot that I could pick up from?

What these fuckers don't tell you is they don't try to deliver and they don't have the work force to do so, hence the calling card trick and how do I know this, well sitting in my car fitting a new steering wheel outside my flat, the guy parks around the corner and walks to my door with only the dreaded card in hand, when I say to him fine I'm here lets go to your van and get my parcel, he says his van broke down earlier and he's finishing his round on foot but what he didn't know was my girlfriend had phoned me to say he had parked up around the corner(she was in the shop) I went to where his van was parked and waited 20mins before he reappeared red faced and finally owned up, this was a few years ago but still doesn't sound like they've mastered the basics..

The rearrange option has a very prominent collect please confirm here without giving you the slightest idea where and when that could be.
