So my 510 went nuts and switched itself off a few miles into a ride yesterday after seeming to work fine. I turned it back on (normal way, no long press or resets or anything) to find that it'd deleted all bike profiles, sensors and was no longer paired with my phone, as well as losing the few miles I'd ridden. However, it had remembered and instantly picked up my HRM and didn't lose my user profile (age/weight etc).
Battery was on about 90% and after it found satellites again it was ok for the rest of the ride. Got home and realised it'd lost bluetooth, so tried a few times to pair it again. Eventually got it to pair and all was well, but this morning it's recorded the commute and decided not to remember yesterday's pairing or let me pair it again. It won't save its 'friendly name' for itself, nor will it let me save any new bike profiles.
WTF garmin?
