How does one attach mudguards to the rear brake bridge when the threaded hole is vertical rather than horizontal? Do I need to remove the bracket and drill a hole in the mudguard?
Not my bike, but this pic shows the issue - I'm not convinced by their zip tie solution.
When my top bracket broke, I used to cross-over two zip ties around the whole guard and bridge (my guards were made of flat alu plate so this didn't crush or bend the guard).
Could just bend the mudguard tab over backwards and run a bolt through that?
