I suppose that must be partly why Temple of Hackney is so popular--they've cracked that one. Have you tried it yet?

I went on opening day and the chickn burger was really good (chips not so much, especially for the money - frozen and poured out of a mccains bag) - I want to go back and try some of the other options but $$ and queue are putting me off at the moment!
