Agreed re: burgers - I found the Americans / Canadians have nailed it so far with veg burger.. We are slow playing catch up :(

Best burger I've had is from The Hive. Lots to chew and no slop. I've not tried Big V London's burgers yet, but am going this Saturday to Broadway Market. They also have stalls at Borough Market and Greenwich Market.
