I work for Deliveroo, just started doing longer shifts, sometimes 5 11 hour shifts a week so it depends how busy it is as to how far I end up cycling. On average I would say about 3-5 miles each hour. Both of those sound good though! Might try making a few of each, thanks!
No worries! Its quicker / easier / cheap to make your own instead of stoping for a snack every few hours and satisfying knowing youve made it yourself! DIY
How far you cycling? I like doing fast and slow balls.
Fast:
dried apricots
dates
raisens
whatever dried fruit
Slow:
Peanut butter
oats
jam
Mash all raw ingredients together in balls and wrap - fridge overnight. Eat one an hour, depending on effort levels.
