What does everyone eat when they're out cycling? Looking for cheap, healthyish ideas that I can eat every day to keep me going on the bike.
How far you cycling? I like doing fast and slow balls.
Fast:
dried apricots dates raisens whatever dried fruit
Slow:
Peanut butter oats jam
Mash all raw ingredients together in balls and wrap - fridge overnight. Eat one an hour, depending on effort levels.
