Bad stomach yesterday and probably didn't eat enough before and after a 100k ride.
Surely not a consequence of one day underfuelling?
Err, yes. Your glycogen stores will have been severely depleted by a 100 km ride, and if you've got a bad stomach then your digestive system won't have replenished them.

Ha yeh guess so.
I still ate reasonably yesterday and most of it stayed where it should have. I've felt fine in myself today and able to concentrate etc, but my legs literally couldn't push the pedals hard enough to hit threshold for anything over than about 2 mins.
Well, have eaten well today and not done anything (apart from 20mins of aborted training), so hopefully it's back to business as usual tomorrow.

Went to get on the turbo today, and whilst i could spin away relatively happy in an easy gear, the minute i tried to start pushing something heavier I had ZERO strength in the legs. Felt like I could barely hold threshold for over a minute, it felt insanely ridiculously hard. WTF?! Surely not a consequence of one day underfuelling?
Needless to say, I've spent the rest of the day on my ass.
