  • Always best to listen to your body I find. If it's tired, it'll tell you and good recovery = faster

    On the flip side, I'm gagging to train. Have had a very light couple of weeks due to a niggle and heavy work load. Saw my physio last night and was given the all clear, so time to get back to work.

  • Yep, ended up chilling. Pleased i did it but always get a bit frustrated when i torture myself and look on everyone's rides on strava now!
