Yup, it's a joy to shoot as well. Really a lovely little camera.
I got this yesterday, after a little cleaning it's now loaded with some Portra and ready to shoot. I can't wait to test it tomorrow. -

Looks fun, very similar to my Rollei, is it 6x6?

thanks!
It's a 5 hour (!) exposure on fuji c200 - chosen just because I wanted a slowish film and it was the only fresh one I had - with tamron 17mm lens

Yes, 6x6. Nice Rollei! Whole experience of taking pictures with a TLR does take some getting used to after SLR's & pocket cameras, there's a lot more to do. Focusing with the large knob and huge viewfinder with a magnifying glass is more satisfying than I could have imagined.

It is absolutely my favourite way to take pictures and the negs if you get it right are unreal.

Fantastic. That's dedication to the shot.

Talking of dedication..... A shoe full of water to get the shot.

Just picked up an Olympus XA for cheaps. Aperture select lever is stiff between f/8 and f/2.8, still seems to be adjusting the actual aperture OK though. Anyone had any success taking them apart?
