Ugh. Spent last night and this morning mentally and physically steeling myself for a long ride today. Can't face it now. Tired.
Arrggh much frustration
Always best to listen to your body I find. If it's tired, it'll tell you and good recovery = faster
On the flip side, I'm gagging to train. Have had a very light couple of weeks due to a niggle and heavy work load. Saw my physio last night and was given the all clear, so time to get back to work.
