I did some research (including this thread) and cherrypicked XR31T, RR 511 DB and SL25 now. Favourite is RR 511 DBs as they look best :p Also bonus points for no brake track.
I'm trying to stick to the lowest possible spoke count which is 24 for these. Just for the looks. Yes, I'm that superficial. Might go for 2x for front and rear since 24 spokes radial looks whack.
Might that work for my skinny 62kg?

They were when H+Son launched them. Since then, DT and Kinlin have launched new products which do the same things either better or cheaper or even both.
