Was just in the cycle lane coming into Stockwell from Vauxhall and an ambulance next to me just started veering into the cycle lane, cutting me up. If I hadn't have slowed and she would have squashed me into the curb. got to the next junction and tapped the window to tell her what she'd done and to be more wary and saw that she was on her phone! I got a bit too angry and didn't have the inmediate foresight to snap a reg, but I tried later but it's blurred. Point is; is it worth reporting if I've only got the last 3 letters of the reg?
