As a reply to me I guess? What makes this a better choice for me over the ones I suggested? Cheaper, better hubs, more aero or what?

What makes this a better choice
Not having to build them yourself, mainly. Likely to have better aeros, and 2:1 lacing at the back gives you the strength of a 28 spoke wheel.
Road racing is the thing factory wheels do really well, it's verging on madness to consider hand building for this application.
