I want to repurpose one of my PCs as a media PC but it doesn't have a HDMI output on the motherboard. It's currently silent and I want to keep it near enough that way.
Any suggestions on very quiet/fanless video cards with HDMI out. Only being used for Kodi, Plex, etc at 1080p so nothing too demanding.
