I want some of that for my old bike, where the tape has failed and left bare alu. Will it stick to curved alu bars alright?
-
• #14578
Yeah stuck to my old ones ok.
I've lots still, you can stop by mine in amersham and have some of you want. -

amersham
Cheers, PM me your address. Can I use your front yard to stash bottles/bars/gels in? :)
Oh, you might know - longer lengths of hydration bladder pipe - do you have a source for it?
-

How long?
My bladder came with a longish one. Camelback make a connecter if need be.Nah I live in a flat, not really anywhere to stash.

@skinny yeah, my current bar setup has loads of stack... I've had half an eye open for some tulas but I'm not certain that I've finished playing with my position so don't want to loose the ability move things around easily.
@hippy We have a home-brewing shop locally that sells all sorts of supplies including rubber piping in multiple diameters. I bought some to make a home-made air compressor for tubeless but I'm sure it would work as a bladder hose. They had big reels of it so you if you can find a similar store you can buy as much as you need.

Not measured yet but longer than whatever my Camelbak came with.

Homebrew shop - good call!
Might buy a kit while I'm there... @_@
-

Ah maybe the platypus comes with longer tubes.
Ewans suggestion would be a good choice.
Ebay often sells stuff like that, if you can measure diameter. -

I went in looking for pipe and came out with pipe and a rented cider press :-)
-
• #14586
I have a Platypus too but I've not tested that yet. I'll measure them both and see how long I think I'll need and then go brew some beer :)

• #14587
have you got and low stack header covers that are suitable in stock?
So many that I didn't even need to include that size on the batch that's currently being made 😀
-
• #14588
51, any smaller and I'd have to buy special small wheels! If I can't get low enough I can always use a track/adjustable stem.
What's the current favourite aero bar, can't find any ventus' for sale at the moment...?

Excellent.
Pick bike up at the weekend so will be in touch next week.

Tulas or Pro Missile

Who makes red bikes?!
If I keep it, it will be changing to all black, or I'll have to change club as there is already too much yellow without my bumblebee kit on it!

IS there any way of getting better arm rests on the tulas?
-
• #14593
I'd assume the AeroCoach arm rests are compatible? @xavierdisley?
-
• #14594
I think it's weird because of the one single shittly little bolt holding them on.
I might try some 3t ones I have and see.

I have entered the mersey roads 24. What have i done.
-
• #14596
You've entered the Mersey Roads 24.
-
• #14597
Yeah they'll work, just make sure you use the washers to spread the load a bit and if possible rest the front of the arm rest on the base bar. One of our riders (Eric) has them on his Tulas
-
• #14598
Yeah I rest then normal ones on the bar anyway. If you don't, they'll be there within a bump or two anyway.
-
• #14599
Been there, done that, got the t-shirt ;)
It's a cool event. Smash it up!

I like that colour scheme, although agree it won't match with your kit :-)
Really struggling to find some Di2 TT brake/shifters for a decent price. Why so expensive.
I only want the for north road hardriders. Because my use tula will kill me.
