The 58 has a smaller seat tube angle which impact the length of the top tube. However the reach is only 5mm longer on the 58.
You should be able to reproduce the same position as on the 56 with a zero setback seat post.

My old caad10 was a 56 and legnth wise it fit really well but the stack too low and I needed like 50mm of spacers for comfort.
the 58 caad10 has a 0.5mm more reach but a 1.5cm longer TT. Would this be too big? As I had a 100mm stem with average compact bars and then a 20mm setback post on the 56 and length wise was great.
