Ha, I got what OOC was (but ace example). Just wasn't sure if it meant: acceptable, but only OOC with a TUE; or acceptable, no TUE needed.
If the steroids are that powerful it does sound sketchy. But everything sounds sketchy until an expert explains why it's not.
