Speaking of brakes the single pivot Ofmega on the Rondinella is more of a speed modulation device than a braking device- what can I replace it with that would look of a part with the rest of the bike, but doesn't suck balls in functional terms?
Try modern pads, the stock ones were probably OK in 1980 but if they are that old they will have hardened considerably.
Campag Monoplanar look great.
But I think they might also be teabaggers in terms of quality.
