It's possible.
It varies on the length of the derailleur hanger, some manufacturer's hanger are quite long that it actually drastically increase the capacity (Specialized Sequoia run a 105 5800 with 11-36t cassette)
If you have 28t sprocket on your drivetrain, and if the B-screw is not screw in at all, then 30t or even 32t within the realm of possibility.
Alternately, my best recommendation is to just get the cheapest 105 long cage derailleur and 105 cassette so you can have that option for whatever ride/event you intend to need the 32t cassette with.
You won't get a 30 in there and there is no Shimano 29
