i think its a 1000kr fine! but @JesperXT knows more about it..
But i mean, none of my bikes have bars narrower than 700mm right now, and i commute in the city every day and never been fined. I think the cop needs to be a major dick to stop you for it

Wide bars in the city makes you a better rider ;)
fun fact: bike handlebars wider than 700mm are illegal in denmark. So you can just say theyr moto x bars
