Grayling asked by Cambridge MP to defend his comment 'cycle lanes cause problems for road users' and consequently clarify who 'road users' are. Responds by saying that "where you have cycle lanes, cyclists are the users of cycle lanes and theres a road alongside the motorists and road users are the users of the road".
