Yes! I bought one to use when I'm in the UK. It's a great bike for the money. Planning to race crits on it in the summer (with race wheels on).
It's a really good frame and I'm amazed how nice the Tiagra felt. As good as Ultegra 6700 I'd say. Saddle and bar tape are the only let downs but I'm nitpicking.

Just looking at the Verenti with Tiagra and RS010 wheel set, full carbon fork for £500.
Seems like an even better deal than the Felt I posted above?
