So do they not have any zips? Just velcro?
Also there doesn't seem to be flap at the top, so is it just a good fit that make them work?
(my old overshoes are fucked mainly because of broken zips, etc. so currious)

Yup, just velcro all the way up the back. They don't split apart completely at the bottom, so guess it does depend on a good fit to ensure it's kinda tight on your heel to keep the bottom bit in place. Then you've got some choice as to how tight you do the velcro on the way up.
I've had a couple of really crap Tenn branded products before, but these are good quality for the money (in my opinion).

Fair enough, and no worries! Hope they work out well for you, did my first ride for ages without them yesterday and got cold, wet, muddy feet :(
