USPS question.
Package in question's tracking is here:

It reckons that the package landed in UK on 27th and then was delivered on 31st after a few different UK facilities. However I have not received it. Is this normal? Does the delivered status actually mean it's been delivered to Royal Mail and I'm now waiting for some sort of import fees notification or something (it's a 2nd hand watch and should hopefully be labelled as such), or have I been fucked by Royal Mail?
