When I read threads like these I really miss working for the CS department of an e-commerce company.
My fave moments:
-conspiracy theories ("it's a scam!")
-naming of the employee on the internet, although he's unlikely to be the one who fucked-up your order. I guess by making things personal you feel empowered or something.
-Annoyance that the forum is not rallying with you.
